9:00am-9:45am - The Intro to BJJ class is open to adults trying out class for the first time, or adults interested in joining.
10:00am-11:30pm - BJJ open mat - open to all adults
If it is your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. If you have your gi already, feel free to wear it.
Stop by and meet your newest local business owners and BJJ/Muay Thai instructors! We will have someone available to answer questions, or help you sign up between 9:00am and 11:30pm.
If you can't make our open house, don't worry, adults and kids can always try any one of our scheduled classes during the week. First class is FREE.

Paso Robles Soft Opening Date!
Good news! We have a soft opening date of September 13th for the new Paragon location in Paso Robles. Remember you can presign up anytime before then to get entered into the pre-opening raffle.
We are doing a soft opening because unfortunately our mats are delayed due to mfg delays. Cuesta college has generously offered to let us borrow their wrestling mats until ours come in, so we will be using those in the interim.

Paragon is coming to Paso Robles this September. We are shooting to be open before September 15th. Come check out the new location and meet the owners and instructors. Still under construction so pardon the dust. We are located at 1171 Creston Road, Unit 105. Next to Rite Aid. We will be happy to answer any questions and help get you pre-signed up. Any one who signs up before we open is automatically entered into our grand opening raffle.
When Paragon Paso opens we will have Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing classes. Ages 4+

PARAGON PASO ROBLES GYM OPENING SOON We are thrilled to announce we will soon be opening up a new location in Paso Robles @paragon_bjj_paso. We are shooting to open early September. We are proud to announce that Brent Dugan will be co-owner and our primary instructor at this new location. We will be offering kids {ages 4+} & adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. Chris & Mallory plan to be at the adult Jiu Jitsu classes once a week. Youth Wrestling in AG is Back!
Wrestling is back in AG. Tues/Thurs/Fri at 3:15pm. Open to kid's ages 7+ and adults.
We also have kids wrestling in Atascadero Mon/Wed at 4:30pm and a takedown class for Adults Wed at 6pm.

Free Women's Self Defense & Empowerment Workshop
Join Paragon Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and RISE for an educational, empowerment self-defense workshop on Saturday, April 13th, from 1:30-3:30 pm at the Paragon location in Arroyo Grande!
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM)! The goal of SAAM is to raise public awareness about sexual violence & to educate communities on how to prevent it by promoting safe behaviors, thoughtful policies, & healthy relationships. This event is open to all women 12 and over! Please RSVP to paragonslo@sbcglobal.net or 805-305-7512 so we can ensure we have enough instructors on hand. (We are also holding a free co-ed adult intro to BJJ class at 11am this day, which is also a great form of self defense)
For individuals not comfortable physically interacting with community members they don't know, we strongly recommended bringing a partner you feel comfortable with!

Free Intro to Kickboxing, Wed March 20th 5:30pm AG location
Join us Wednesday, March 20th at 5:30 pm for a free intro to kickboxing class at our Arroyo Grande location. Class is open to ages 16 & up. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water.
This class will give you a good workout and also teach you basic fighting posture, punch, kick and knee techniques. Class will be led by Albert Malatamban who has over a decade of teaching Muay Thai kickboxing as well as training fighters.
